Hunter HydroTech is a family-owned irrigation company in Sterling Heights, run by owner Shaun Hunter and co-owner Shelby. It services residential and commercial sprinkler systems across Southeast Michigan, mostly in Macomb and Oakland counties. Shaun works in the field diagnosing and repairing systems; Shelby runs scheduling, estimates, invoicing and customer communication.
Find the cause before selling parts. Every visit starts with the customer's account of the problem, then checks of the water source, controller output, wiring, valves, pressure and coverage until the actual failure is found. Customers hear what needs fixing now and what can wait.
When part of a system is rebuilt, manifolds, fittings and wiring are laid out so the next repair is easier, not rebuilt the same weak way. Every job is photographed and documented, so each property builds a service history.
Seasonal plans bundle a spring start-up, an optional mid-season checkup and fall winterization, for city-water and pump-fed systems alike. Service can be booked online and invoices paid through the customer portal.
