Koz Heating & Cooling is a heating and cooling contractor in Sterling Heights, serving homes and businesses across Macomb and Oakland counties. Owned by president Michael Kosmalski, it handles everything from seasonal tune-ups to full system design and installation, with licensed, insured technicians and emergency service around the clock.
Flat-rate, upfront pricing with no overtime charges. Technicians are NATE-certified and factory-trained, and wear shoe covers and lay floor mats in every home. New installations carry multi-year parts and labor warranties, and financing is available for residential and commercial customers.
Annual maintenance plans cover spring and fall tune-ups with safety checks and priority scheduling. Heating visits check the flue and draft, burners and ignition, motors, filters and combustion chamber; cooling visits check electrical components, refrigerant, coils and the condensate drain.
Koz runs Heat 4 Heroes, a nonprofit program providing assisted heating and cooling, from installations and maintenance to priority repairs, for qualified veterans, firefighters and police officers.
